My Coaching Philosophy:
My philosophy as a coach is focused on developing and improving the foundations of the game: technique; teamwork; team spirit; attitude; communication. It is my goal as a coach to make the understanding of, and reasoning for, each area of the game easy for the players to assimilate, retain and apply. There are three types of learners: visual; verbal; a combination of both. With this in mind I do not only tell the young players how to execute techniques but I will also show the players physically how to execute them. The combination of verbal and practical instruction will provide sufficient reinforcement and confidence to the players to allow them to advance to the next level of the game.
