Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following profile:

• Female or male
• Aged 21 years +
• No criminal record - US Soccer Coaching will ascertain criminal record clearance for all staff
• Hold a recognized coaching award
• Can demonstrate at least 2 years of regular coaching activity
• Excellent coaching references - US Soccer Coaching will make contact with referees to determine suitability
• Hold a valid driving license and willing to drive in the USA (limited non-driver positions are available)
• Has the ability to activate the players and create a fun environment
• Has Associates or Bachelors Degree and/or 5 years of relevant work experience
• Independent - will need to be traveling without family and friends
• Will be able to ‘sell’ yourself as an ideal candidate in writing and in interview
